Jeff has more than 30 years of experience in sales. He holds a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA. His prior experience in the government contracting arena, high level corporate sales and mortgage finance has helped him develop a unique blend of skills. He is a tough and skilled negotiator who prides himself on getting the best possible financial and business terms for his clients.
Buying or selling real estate can be a roller coaster of emotional ups and downs. Jeff believes his experience and skill can help to navigate the myriad of issues that can, and often do arise during the life of a real estate transaction. Jeff strives to stay on the forefront of Maryland real estate law and the issues that impact real estate values.
Having run a successful commercial real estate business for over 10 years, Jeff has leveraged these skills to deliver for his clients, whether from the seller or buyer side. He believes the old adage, "knowledge is power,” and has seen first-hand how a lack of knowledge and experience can cost a Seller or Buyer thousands of dollars.
In 2014, Jeff was appointed by Governor Martin O’Malley to serve a four-year term as one of nine commissioners on the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. He is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
